Include:

- Schedule & flexibility – Hours, remote options, overtime, etc.
- Benefits – Health, dental, retirement, paid time off, training, discounts, perks.
- Growth opportunities – Promotions, skills development, training, certifications.
- Work environment – Culture, team style, what makes it enjoyable to work there.
The key is to sell the job, not just list it. Candidates ask themselves: “Why should I choose this over the 10 other jobs I see?”
