We stay with you after the hire
This is where most services stop. We don't.
After a placement, our Retention Specialist checks in with both you and the new employee to make sure the fit is working. If challenges come up, we help you work through them for up to 10 weeks.

Nothing. Our services are completely free for employers. We're a non-profit funded by Employment Ontario, and our role is to strengthen the local workforce for job seekers and employers alike. There are no fees, no contracts, and no hidden costs.
It depends on the role and your requirements. Some matches happen within days — especially when we already have a job-ready candidate in our network who fits your needs. For more specialized or specific roles, it may take a few weeks. Your Job Developer will keep you in the loop throughout the process.
Through our Brokered Incentive Agreement (BIA) program, eligible employers can receive a government-backed wage subsidy to help offset the costs of hiring and training a new employee. It's designed to lower the risk of bringing someone on; especially if they're newer to the workforce or building skills on the job. Your Job Developer can walk you through eligibility and how to get started.
We don't send resumes in bulk. We work one-on-one with every job seeker — helping them build their resume, prepare for interviews, and get job-ready — before we ever make an introduction. When we connect you with a candidate, it's because we believe they're a strong fit for your role and your workplace.

That means regular check-ins, support if challenges come up, and a real person to call if you need advice on how to make the placement work. Simply put, we don't disappear after the handshake.
Yes, and we understand how frustrating that can be. If a past placement or referral didn't work out, we want to hear about it. That feedback helps us make better matches going forward. Our goal is a long-term hiring partnership, not a one-time transaction, and we take that seriously.
Absolutely. Our job board is open to local employers in Cornwall, Stormont, and Dundas. You can post your opening directly through our website and it'll be visible to job seekers in the area. If you'd like additional support (like candidate matching or access to wage subsidies) we're here for that too, whenever you're ready.
We serve employers across Cornwall, Stormont, and Dundas. If your business operates in or hires from this region, we can help. Our satellite locations in Morrisburg and Winchester make it easier to connect with employers and job seekers in the counties as well.
