Supported Employment (SE)

This Employment Ontario service is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario and through the Canada-Ontario Job Fund Agreement.

The Supported Employment program provides employment services to people who self-identify as having a disability who want more intensive support services.  The program will offer the flexibility and choice needed to meet a broad range of needs, including job readiness, job matching and long-term job retention services.

Inclusion Alliance – Who We Are

The Inclusion Alliance is a consortium built from experienced employment services providers who have pooled their resources and work together to deliver supported employment services.

In the case of the Inclusion Alliance, there are two members:

  • Job Zone d’empoi
  • Performance Plus Rehabilitative Care Inc. (PPRC)

The Inclusion Alliance works closely with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Champlain East. With capable and trusted organizations working together, Inclusion Alliance is here to bring talented individuals into the workforce.

The Supported Employment Program also works with other community partners who increase the range and effectiveness of our services.

When people work together and support each other, amazing things can happen.
